Restaurant Le Radeau - pizzas to make you cry ’Mamma Mia!’

Over the last year, French people have consumed over a billion pizzas*, making this Italian dish the third most popular meal in France.
You’ve probably already tried a Sicilienne, Napolitaine, or Romaine... but have you ever tried the Week?

This particular pizza, originally from Térénez, has a thin and crispy base and is on offer at Le Radeau restaurant. As its name suggests, the recipe changes every week, depending on the whims and wishes of the Pizza maestro and the preferences of the locals.

This week, we’re offering you the chance to discover the Pizza of the Week in pictures....
